Wow - so glad he knows what all Americans and Europeans want...Having spent the summer in Switzerland, I can at least say for that one country his opinion doesn't hold true (of course they're not in the EU, so maybe that's his reasoning).
I just hope next time I see Avenue Q they don't substitute "Defying Gravity" for "There's a Fine, Fine Line". Of course, I wouldn't notice, since, as Holland claims, they're interchangeable...
