Yay, Open ID posting is working today. Often it isn't. I write a long comment and I get an error message. In the past I'd try again using anonymous posting. I wanted to comment on your rant post a few days ago, but had to give up.
Argh, I have to apologize - I never got a notification of this posting or my finger slipped when I tried to publish it, so it's just going up now.
