I'd have to dig out my program - this was ten years ago from some community orchestra in Chicago.<br /><br />Lots of people wrote concertos for Larry Adler. He was a determined commissioner of music. Vaughan Williams, Milhaud, Malcolm Arnold, Arthur Benjamin.
