There is no replace function, but there is a search function. This assumes you're on the new-ish interface.
From the Posts > All Posts page, look in the upper right hand corner.
There's a drop-down box that defaults to All labels. Next to it is a search box.
Type in the term you want to search for, and it'll retrieve all postings containing that search. As far as I can tell, you have to then load each posting separate to make any changes.
I'm about to send feedback about the lack of a search & replace function.
