(Other Change of Hobbit specializes in science fiction & fantasy and has had a rough time during the recession.)

    Too short notice. By the time you posted this, if the time stamp is to be believed, I had already left home for Oakland. (I was attending the Prometheus Symphony concert that afternoon - no Mozart, curiously.) A bit more notice, and assuming I'd checked your blog, and I could easily have arranged to make it, since I was coming up to the area anyway.
