• Dresden Philharmonic: Marek Janowski becomes their chief conductor in 2019 (round 2 for him there)
• Oslo Philharmonic: Klaus Makela becomes their chief conductor in 2020
• Philharmonia Baroque Orchestra: Nicholas McGegan steps down as music director in 2020 

I really can't believe that I never posted about McGegan, who is an institution in the Bay Area, having been MD of Philharmonia Baroque for, uh, 30 years? More? He's really good and I've enjoyed his work in 19th c. music as well.
