Is She or Isn't She?
I think she is, but in any event, a very happy birthday to the great Licia Albanese, born in Bari at least 96 years ago today. And if you're thinking of listening to one of her recordings, you might try her Boheme with Gigli, etc.

Yes, she is, according to Wikipedia; nor does the NY Times have a notice for her.
I'm not asking the question you think I'm asking. Believe me, I'd know if she were deceased.
Ah. Well, I'll bow out then; it's always dangerous to answer questions one hasn't fully heard. ;-)
What's at issue is her age.
