Some computer scientists investigated the vulnerability of the computer systems in contemporary vehicles and found them hackable: Cars' Computer Systems Called At Risk to Hackers

  1. There are something like 27 microprocessors in the average GM vehicle. I can see maybe... 1.

    I drive a 1990 Toyota pickup and its primary virtue is reliability and the fact I can fix it when something goes wrong.

    Wouldn't have a new car...
