A revealing NY Times article on Mitt Romney's "evolving" views of abortion. Um, is there any reason to believe anything he says, given how willing he is to adjust his views for the current election or state? His stands are driven entirely by political expedience.

Not that I don't agree that Mitt Romney is a particularly notable culprit in this category, but couldn't you make a case like that for almost every politician? For instance, what about Pres. Obama's commitment to LGBT rights (and specifically his own "evolving" views on same-sex marriage)?
You probably could. Romney, as you note, is more egregious than most. His squirming about the MA health coverage is the worst.
