Evelyn Lear
Evelyn Lear, a great singer of both contemporary and older opera, died Sunday in Maryland. She was 86.

Sorry to read this. She and thomas Stewart did a wonderful recording of the songs of Charles Ives back in the 70s. I shall have to listen to it soon, in homage.
