ah, never mind- he did the Copenhagen Ring (which if you haven't seen, is really great). Now it all makes sense.
I'm going to have to look over that trailer again - I missed Placi.
John - no, haven't seen the Copenhagen Ring. It is rare for me to have the patience to watch opera on DVD, alas.
